Returns and Exchanges
If for any reason you are displeased with your purchase simply return the item(s) to us in original packaging, unused within 14 days after receipt for a store credit.
In the event of an exchange for a different size return the item(s) unused, in original packaging and your replacement item will be shipped to you. The exchange shipping will be charged to you so make sure of your size before ordering to avoid this expense.
For any return/exchange please insure the item(s) to be returned for Chi-Chi Couture is not responsible for item(s) lost in the mail.
Any sale, personalized or custom order will not be accepted for returns or exchanges...excluding rhinestone slide letters.
Standard Delivery Time
If merchandise is in stock you can expect to receive it in 10-14 days...maybe sooner.
Otherwise, ship time will be 3-4 weeks if item has to be ordered. Items shipped directly from our vendors, overseas, or bulky items may exceed traditional ship times.
For an additional fee, some items can be delivered next day. Feel free to contact us with any questions or special delivery rates.
Additional fees will be incurred for shipments being sent outside the continental United States.
